Bitpanda was looking to expand their market share in the strongest European crypto market: France. The core challenge laid in identifying and activating the right partners at scale, coordinating them effectively, and maintaining visibility over time. We provided both the strategic foundation and long-term support needed to achieve this, sustaining impact throughout a one-year collaboration.
We mapped, screened, and recommended over 50 key opinion leaders and media partners. From this curated selection, we executed more than 100 activations, including video integrations, buttons and banners, and tutorial articles, ensuring broad and impactful visibility across channels.
We developed concise, targeted briefs to drive effective penetration of the French crypto market, with a strong focus on new user acquisition. Building on this foundation, we designed and executed a comprehensive long-term communication strategy tailored to French cryptocurrency communities, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels.
We partnered with Bitpanda to deliver three high-impact events, including one in collaboration with Bayern Munich. These gatherings brought together hundreds of stakeholders ranging from Bitpanda users to crypto enthusiasts and industry leaders. Our role spanned end-to-end support, managing vendors and partners (merchandising, branded assets, venue management), and coordinating the production of the event aftermovie, creating both immediate buzz and lasting momentum for the brand.
More than 3 million impressions and views were achieved throughout the campaign. 1,718,667 are video views, while1,462,955 are written impressions.
More than 106 pieces of content were published and reviewed across 12 partners. These contents were disseminated across various channels, including social networks, media articles, newsletters etc.
Impact recorded 44,530 clips during the entire campaign. The appendix contains other conversion statistics, such as the number of accounts created and the number of KYC accounts.
