dYdX aimed to establish a strong and lasting footprint across Europe through a global communication strategy adaptable to multiple markets and languages. The core challenge laid in identifying and activating the right partners at scale, coordinating them effectively, and maintaining visibility over time. We provided both the strategic foundation and long-term support needed to achieve this, sustaining impact throughout a two-year collaboration.
We mapped, screened, and evaluated over 100 KOLs and media outlets. We ultimately onboarded 45 of them. Leveraging our in-house tracking tools, we continuously monitored performance, allowing us to recommend and prioritize partners with the strongest impact.
Negotiating individually with each partner, we secured reduced rates while expanding the volume of activations. This cost-optimized approach enables us to scale campaigns sustainably and maximize ROI over the long term.
We coordinated with external PR teams, media outlets, and KOLs, aligning stakeholders on goals, deliverables, and timelines. During the dYdX Unlimited launch campaign, over 225 activations were launched in a record-setting month. Our collaboration evolved into an ongoing stream of content initiatives including videos, newsletters, Twitter threads, and articles, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement. We also supported affiliates by facilitating smooth link generation and providing ongoing guidance throughout the DAO validation process.
We created concise and targeted briefs to ensure partners accurately communicated dYdX’s technology. Over two years, we reviewed hours of video content and multi-page articles, safeguarding consistency, accuracy, and alignment with dYdX’s evolving narrative.
More than 3 million impressions and views were achieved throughout the campaign. 1,718,667 are video views, while1,462,955 are written impressions.
More than 106 pieces of content were published and reviewed across 12 partners. These contents were disseminated across various channels, including social networks, media articles, newsletters etc.
Impact recorded 44,530 clips during the entire campaign. The appendix contains other conversion statistics, such as the number of accounts created and the number of KYC accounts.
