We designed a holistic GTM strategy for Sui’s entry into France, taking a comprehensive approach to market positioning. The strategy targeted all audiences in the French crypto ecosystem, with a primary focus on nurturing Sui’s core community first, building a strong foundation before expanding to wider audiences.

We implemented a targeted content calendar tailored to the French crypto audience, combining consistent posting, audience engagement tactics, and locally adapted messaging.
